As the co-founder, President and COO of Kingswood Advertising, my partner and I launched and built – from the ground-up – what became one of the largest independent full-service / interactive advertising agencies in the region during the nineties. In 1995, we launched one of the area’s first interactive marketing shops (Kingswood Interactive). I’ve been at the forefront of digital marketing for nearly twenty years. I serve as Chief Strategist at Active Integrated Marketing, a full service agency specializing in strategic planning and integrated marketing. We specialize in the healthcare/pharmaceutical, B2B, automotive, financial and insurance industries. We’re different because everything we do starts with strategic planning – not just tactical development. What does my strategic marketing approach mean for you as our real estate client? You’ll get the best possible client service, professionalism and marketing of your home (or skilled negotiating for your new home).
Real Estate Expertise:
Expert knowledge of digital marketing is critical to the success rate of selling and buying homes today. My skills in digital marketing help me stand above other agents, and will get your house sold or negotiate the best deal on your dream home. I know the market well as I am a resident of Montgomery County, attended school in Delaware County and in the city of Philadelphia. I work with the market leader, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Realtors in Blue Bell, PA.
I am committed to bringing you the same dedicated service, expert marketing insight and action, and negotiation skills I’ve been providing to my clients for over 30 years….backed by the brand strength of Berkshire Hathaway.
As an avid enthusiast of Corvettes and classic cars, I put my automotive passion to work to ‘give back’ to the community. I have been an active participant and promoter of special events for the Chip Miller Charitable Foundation — an organization that strives to raise awareness about amyloidosis, a rare and deadly blood disease. For five years, I was also the Event Promoter for Corvettes for a Cure, a regional Corvette show benefiting the Delaware Valley Alzheimer’s Association.
